• Valid student ID or enrollment proof is required during registration

• Each participant can register for only one committee
• Double delegation registrations require both delegates to meet eligibility criteria

• Registration involves selecting your committee preferences

• Committee allotments will be made based on preferences and availability
• Participants will be notified via email once slot allotment is confirmed
• Late registrations may be subject to availability constraints

• Registration fee: ₹1,800 per person (payable after slot allotment)
• Payment deadline will be specified in your allotment confirmation email
• Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure your confirmed slot
• Once payment is completed and your seat is reserved, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances
• Failure to pay within the deadline may result in slot cancellation and reallocation
• In case of failed payments or payment-related technical issues, participants can contact support
• Payment issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will not be provided once the ticket is purchased
• Your seat is considered reserved immediately upon successful payment completion
• Contact support team for any payment-related queries or technical difficulties

• Participants must maintain decorum throughout the conference
• Formal/western attire is mandatory during committee sessions
• Use of mobile phones during sessions is strictly prohibited
• Delegates must attend all sessions of their assigned committee
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

• KIIT International MUN is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property
• Participants attend at their own risk and responsibility
• Medical emergencies will be handled with basic first aid; serious cases will be referred to nearby hospitals
• Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements
• The organizing committee is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings

• All conference materials, including but not limited to study guides, are property of KIIT International MUN
• Photography and videography during the event may be used for promotional purposes
• Participants consent to the use of their images in official KIIT MUN publications and social media
• Redistribution of conference materials without permission is prohibited

• KIIT International MUN reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances
• Committee allocations and schedules may be changed without prior notice
• Virtual participation options may be provided if hybrid format is adopted
• In case of event cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified immediately
• Changes to the event format or schedule will be communicated through official channels

• Awards are given based on performance evaluation by committee chairs and directors
• Decisions of the award committee are final and cannot be contested
• Certificates will be provided to all participants within 30 days of the conference
• Outstanding delegates may receive additional recognition and networking opportunities
